Nishinomiya International School

About Us   |   International Preschool, Childcare and Afterschool

Overview

Since 2002, Nishinomiya International School has been committed to providing children an opportunity to explore and learn in a loving and nurturing multi-cultural environment.

Children come first at our school, where our dedicated and professional staff make getting to know the individual child a priority so that we can provide the learning experiences and opportunities each child uniquely craves.

Our current operating hours are 7:30 to 19:00. We provide a variety of programs to fit you and your child's needs and schedule.

Philosophy

Our program is based on the educational theory of multiple intelligences put forward by Dr. Howard Gardner, Professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.  Rather than approaching education from a singular position aimed at all children, we have devised a varied and engaging program that takes into consideration the individuality of children and the different intelligences used in learning.

Yearly Schedule

Our school year begins in April. Admissions are on a rolling basis and applications are accepted year round depending on space availability.

We host a variety of school events throughout the year, plus each class has their own event schedule. For more information about events and daily class activities, please check out our blog.

Playschool Program  |  Classes for ages 0-3

Our Playschool Programs give young children, ages 0-3, a gentle introduction to a school environment that will prepare them for a lifetime of learning. We accept applications for new students year round and offer a 50% expat discount on tuition for qualifying Playschool students. For more information, give us a call at (0798) 75-6660 or use our contact form.
